Cabin Rental Policy

• Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM.
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
• Procedures: These times allow our housekeeping team to meticulously sanitize each cabin.
• Midweek Perk: Guests booking our Midweek Escape (Sun–Thu) are eligible for Early Check-In and Late Check-Out (up to 2 hours each) when available.

To maintain our standard of "absolute tranquility," we strictly enforce occupancy limits for each unit:

• Units 1, 2, 3, 4 (ADA), & 5: Maximum 2 guests.
• Unit 7: Maximum 4 guests.
• Unit 6: Maximum 7 guests.
• Unit 8: Maximum 8 guests.
• Unit 9: Maximum 9 guests.
• Full Estate Buyouts: Can accommodate up to 45 guests for private events.

We are proud to be a pet-friendly destination.

• Limit: One pet per cabin.
• Standard Fee: $35 per stay (currently waived for the Summer Special until September 22nd).
• Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any cleaning or damage costs.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. As a sanctuary focused on restoration, we ask that all guests respect the privacy and peace of others.
• Social Spaces: The communal Game Deck and BBQ Deck are available for your enjoyment during daylight and early evening hours.

• On-Site Parking: Available for all guests.
• Village Access: We are a short 12-to-13-minute walk from Big Bear Village and the Marina, so we encourage walking to help reduce local traffic.
• Winter Requirements: Per California law, guests visiting in winter may be required to carry snow chains, regardless of vehicle type.

• Wood-Burning Fireplaces: Each unit features a vintage stone fireplace.
• Firewood: Complimentary firewood is provided for Midweek Escape bookings. Please do not leave fires unattended.

• Smoking: Strictly no smoking is permitted inside any cabin. 

• Shared Access: Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 have access to the shared forest-view hot tub.
• Private Amenities: Units 6, 8, and 9 feature their own private hot tubs.

• Safety: Please shower before use and follow the posted safety guidelines to ensure the health and comfort of all guests. 

• Connectivity: High-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps) is provided throughout the property.
• Usage: Please ensure your devices do not interfere with the tranquility of the property (e.g., using headphones for calls in social areas).

• Direct Bookings: Use promo codes like MIDWEEK, BARK, or FAM for exclusive perks.
• Tiers: We offer flexible rates and "Advance Purchase" rates with stricter non-refundable policies for price-sensitive guests.
• Taxes: All bookings include the required 13% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and TBID assessments.
